3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by FillosBert. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.

3.3 Payment

Payment terms vary by service type:

• Day tours: Full payment required at time of booking
• Multi-day packages: 25% deposit required, balance due 30 days before travel
• Custom itineraries: 50% deposit required, balance due 14 days before travel

3.4 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our certified payment partners.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• More than 30 days before travel: 10% of total cost
• 15-30 days before travel: 25% of total cost
• 7-14 days before travel: 50% of total cost
• Less than 7 days before travel: 100% of total cost

4.2 Cancellation by FillosBert

We reserve the right to cancel services due to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements.

4.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance. FillosBert is not responsible for costs arising from medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or personal incidents during your travels.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring all travel documents are valid and current
• Arriving punctually at designated meeting points
• Following safety instructions provided by guides and staff
• Informing us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements
• Respecting local customs and fellow travelers
• Ensuring you have appropriate clothing and equipment

7. Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority. We maintain public liability insurance and follow industry safety standards. However, travel inherently involves some risk, and you participate at your own risk.

You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements that may affect your participation in our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

FillosBert's liability is limited to the total cost of services booked. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of enjoyment or disappointment
• Costs arising from delays or changes to itineraries

• Actions of third-party service providers
